Before entering the real estate industry, Rodney spent more than two decades serving the Baltimore County community through the Department of Corrections. Over the course of his 22-year career, he rose from Corrections Officer to Community Specialist, where he spent more than 15 years guiding individuals through complex transitions back into the community. That experience shaped the professional he is today—calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and deeply committed to helping people navigate pivotal life decisions.

Rodney holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, a combination that allows him to approach real estate with both strategic insight and practical understanding. His clients benefit not only from his knowledge of the Baltimore Metropolitan market, but also from his ability to negotiate effectively, analyze opportunities, and guide decisions with clarity and confidence.
